Practical Sales I

The starting point is you. Practical exercises will make you aware of what you are already doing well. At the same time, you will also find out where you can still improve. This will be practiced in training and in daily practice until you have achieved your desired results.

The range of topics covered in the training course extends from mental preparation to increasing your personal impact - from arranging appointments to making initial contact with customers - from the right way to start a sales conversation to closing the sale - from effective selling on the telephone to efficient handling of complaints. In a series of sales presentations you learn to present your product or service effectively.

In practical situations you learn how to achieve your ambitious sales objectives and how to keep your motivation levels high on a daily basis.
