KODE® - A new type of competence analysis

KODE® is the abbreviation for Competence Diagnostics and Development (Kompetenz-Diagnostik und Entwicklung). This is a process system with various competence determining and development tools. The latter provide the basis for modern (self) training, coaching and mentoring.

KODE® is oriented to competence development and not only on competence identification. The assessment is a differentiated examination of four basic human competences:
P – Personal competence: The ability to being smart and critical towards oneself and developing productive attitudes, values and ideals.

A – Activity and decision-making competence: The ability to be able to actively and truly implement all that one knows and can, all social communication results, all personal values and ideals with determination.

F – Expert and method competence: The ability to overcome all seemingly unsolvable problems creatively well equipped with expert and method skills.

S- Social-communicative competence: The ability to get together and deal with others on one’s own initiative: To cooperate and communicate creatively.
